The Environmental Protection Division, on behalf of the State Water Council, is conducting stakeholder meetings on November 10, 2025, to discuss proposed updates to Section 14 of the State Water Plan.  The proposed changes are available to review Download this pdf file. at this link .

The purpose of the meetings is to inform and to provide stakeholders with the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes to Section 14 of the State Water Plan. At the meetings the Division will provide an overview presentation and anyone may offer comments. The public is invited to attend either meeting as the information presented will be the same at both meetings. Lengthy comments or statements should be submitted in writing. The Division will be hosting the two stakeholder meetings via Zoom. Zoom is a free web conferencing platform that also allows participation by phone. The virtual stakeholder meetings will be held as follows:
